GetIntact, a Website and Application (App) owned and operated by JADS INC. The following statements will help you understand how GetIntact will gather, use and protect the information you provide to us on our site or app.

Registration data: When you sign up for a GetIntact account, we ask you for personal information (for example: name, email address and an account password).

Cookies, Unique Device ID, location: When you access the GetIntact App, we may gather your Unique Device ID, IP address and/or GPS location.  When you visit www.getintact.com, we may also send cookies to your computer (A cookie is a tiny text file containing a string of characters). We may use this information to provide a better customized experience for you, track total usage, analyze data, all with the intent to provide a better user experience for you.

Communicating on the Wintact Club: Personal information or requests that you submit via the Wintact Club forum will be sent to the club administrators. The club administrators will have access to this information. When you send email or other communication to INTACT COMMUNITIES or JADS INC., we may retain those communications to process your inquiries and respond to your requests.

Third party sites: This Privacy Policy applies only to sites and apps that are owned and operated by JADS INC. Neither INTACT COMMUNITIES nor JADS INC. can regulate other sites linked from within our various web sites and services. Please review their unique Privacy Policies, should you choose to visit their sites.

Use of your information: INTACT COMMUNITIES and JADS INC. will not share your personal information without your precise consent, unless, your personal information is needed to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, legal processes or enforceable governmental requests, to enforce applicable Terms Of Use of the APP, to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or to protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of INTACT COMMUNITIES or JADS INC., its users or the public as required or permitted by law.  

Implementation: INTACT COMMUNITIES and JADS INC. intermittently review its compliance with this Privacy Policy. For any written complaints regarding privacy issues, we will contact the complaining user regarding his or her specific privacy issues. We will cooperate fully with the appropriate regulatory authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between INTACT COMMUNITIES and/or JADS INC. and the complaining user.
