I found an app that I didn’t even realize I was looking for! I KNOW my ultimate success is based positive inner beliefs or narratives about myself that generate positive thoughts, feelings, and actions. I work on it all the time, but this app has really simplified the entire process for me!  In a very positive and engaging way, this app has helped me to keep my beliefs about myself pure and non-distorted and gives me a way better chance to achieve my goals. I love it!
